Booking the Band

The Beckenham Concert Band can provide music for many types of event from formal concerts to garden parties, band stand performances to corporate fundraising. A typical concert would consist of two 45 minutes sets with a 20 minute interval between. The Band usually performs in uniform but formal or casual dress can be worn if required.

What We Play

We have an extensive library of music from which we can put together almost any type of performance.

What We Need

Chairs, without arms, for approximately 30 performers

Access and close parking for percussion

Appropriate light levels for indoor concerts

Access to electrical sockets for PA

A Band Room for cases etc

Toilet facilities

Access to a changing area would be appreciated.

We can provide

A small Public Address system

A compere

A ’guest conductor’ opportunity

Assistance with advertising the concert
